Established in 1997, the EAA is a statutory body tasked to regulate the practice of the estate agency industry in Hong Kong. The EAA is the gatekeeper of the industry and committed to enhancing the professional standard of practitioners and facilitating the trade to contribute to the community.
The theme of the EAA’s silver jubilee is "Together we Establish, Advocate and Achieve". The EAA organised a series of activities, giving back to the community together with the estate agency trade.
